Terms and Conditions
Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this service, including all features and functionalities. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately stop using the service. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the service.
Eligibility
Use of the service is permitted only for individuals aged 13 or older, or as otherwise required by local legislation. By registering, you confirm you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Any unauthorized use by minors is the responsibility of their parent or guardian. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.
Account Creation & Security
To access certain functions, you must register an account with a valid email and password. You warrant that all registration information is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify support immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include distributing malware, spamming, and infringing on intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to bypass security measures or disrupt service operations. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
User Content & License
All content you upload or submit remains your property, subject to a worldwide, non-exclusive license that allows the service to host, display, and distribute your content. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to grant this license. The service reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service for any third-party claims related to your content.
Pricing, Payments & Taxes
Access to certain features requires payment of fees as indicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or duties. If payment is not received, your access to paid features may be suspended until the balance is settled.
Subscription Renewal & Management
Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal via your account dashboard. Disabling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. No prorated refunds are offered for unused portions of a subscription.
Service Changes & Updates
The service may update, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes that materially affect functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when practicable. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated service. No compensation is due for modifications.
Suspension & Termination
The service may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, security concerns, or operational needs. Notice of suspension or termination will be provided when feasible. Upon suspension or termination, all rights granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials from the service.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. You are granted only a limited, revocable license to use the service under these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding six months. These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first attempt informal resolution, then proceed to arbitration or court if necessary.
